Consultation Fee Disclaimer

A consultation fee is required to reserve your appointment with Intimate Affairs LLC.

This fee covers the time spent discussing your vision, budget, preferences, travel plans, event details, vendor needs, and personalized recommendations.

Consultation fees are nonrefundable and do not include booking fees, deposits, vendor costs, travel expenses, décor, or package pricing unless otherwise stated.

Payment of the consultation fee does not guarantee availability, vendor availability, reservations, or final booking approval.

If you choose to move forward with services, any applicable package deposit or booking retainer will be due separately.
