Intimate Affairs is building a trusted network of talented local professionals who can help us create beautiful, intimate, luxury experiences for our clients.

We are currently accepting applications from private chefs, singers, saxophonists and musicians, photographers, videographers, florists, massage and wellness professionals, bakers, transportation providers, beauty professionals, bartenders, decorators, balloon artists, rental companies, hospitality partners, and other exceptional service providers.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We want vendors who are professional, dependable, creative, communicative, respectful of client privacy, and passionate about providing an exceptional experience.

Our preferred vendors may be invited to participate in romantic getaways, hotel transformations, cabin experiences, proposals, birthdays, anniversaries, private dinners, girls’ experiences, luxury celebrations, and custom Intimate Affairs events.

HOW IT WORKS

Complete our Vendor Partner Application and tell us about your business, talent, pricing, availability, service area, experience, and portfolio.

Our team will review your submission and may contact you for additional information, references, documentation, or a conversation about partnership opportunities.

Approved vendors may be considered for preferred vendor referrals, package collaborations, co-branded experiences, and future Intimate Affairs bookings.

IMPORTANT TO KNOW

Submitting an application does not guarantee approval, exclusivity, referrals, or a minimum number of bookings.

Vendors remain responsible for all licenses, certifications, insurance, permits, taxes, safety requirements, and other legal obligations applicable to their services.

Client information and private event details must remain confidential.

Final pricing and scope must be confirmed before each booking.

Certain collaborations may require a separate vendor agreement.
